  Lagos, March 26, 2024 (NAN) As the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) prepares for its 60th Anniversary in April, the Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar has celebrated the achievements so far with 30 aircrafts in its fleet. Abubakar made this assertion on Tuesday during a two-day working visit to Sam Ethnan Airforce Base Ikeja and other NAF formations in Lagos to inspect some ongoing projects.  Nigerian Navy hands over 193 bags of cannabis sativa to NDLEA Lagos, March 27, 2024 The Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) BEECROFT on Tuesday handed over 193 bags of substance suspected to be cannabis sativa to the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Elemo said this in his valedictory lecture, with the theme: “From Foundation To Future: An Odyssey of a Biochemist’s Four Decades at the LASU”,  on Thursday, in Lagos. The professor said that there should be an increase in funds for biochemical reagents, laboratory chemicals and consumables in order to empower research management in the institution.
