 NAFRC concludes annual range classification exercise Lagos, Sept.16, 2025 (NAN) The Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) successfully concluded its 2025 annual Range Classification 2025 held on Sept.15 at the 192 Battalion Nigerian Army Shooting Range, Owode. The Commandant, NAFRC AVM Bashir Mamman said that the event was more than a test of marksmanship and a reaffirmation of the bond and operational readiness that defined the military profession. The exercise featured weapon classifications which included the rifle and pistol, with emphasis on live firing, safety protocols, and performance evaluations. Mamman lauded the professionalism, discipline, and team spirit displayed throughout the exercise.  Nigerian Navy boasts of fleet expansion, celebrates Ceremonial Sunset as it marks 69th Anniversary  Lagos, June 3, 2025  The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Vice Adm. Emmanuel Ogalla has said that the Nigerian Navy would continue to invest in fleet expansion and platforms that would continue to guarantee maximum security in our territorial waters and the Gulf of Guinea region. Ogalla said this at the Ceremonial Sunset and Dinner which held on Sunday at the Naval Dockyard Ltd., Victoria Island, Lagos to conclude the week-long 69th Nigerian Navy Anniversary.
