LASCOHT Provost commits to quality health education to support health sector

  The Lagos State College of Health Technology has assured of more quality education, research and community service in training health professionals, particularly in the middle and lower cadres.  Spain lauds Nigerian Navy's effort in quelling piracy  Lagos, Sept.25, 2024  The Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr Juan Ignacio has lauded the efforts of the Nigerian Navy at quelling and decreasing piracy and sea crimes at the Gulf of Guinea.   The Lagos State Government has emphasized the importance of its Strategic Action Plan (SAP) 2025-2030 to address key Water, Sanitation and Hygiene WASH) challenges, including open defecation and wastewater management.   Upholding human rights pivotal in countering insurgency COAS says Lagos, Sept.13, 2024 The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lt.-Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja on Thursday said that upholding human rights of the population was pivotal in countering insurgency, terrorism and defeating insecurity in Nigeria. Lagbaja said this at the Third Nigerian Army Human Rights Seminar with the theme: "Human Rights and National Security: A Strategic Balance", which held at 81 Division, Officers Mess, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
