NAFRC Impacts Mushin Health Community, Donates Medical Items

 



The Nigeria Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) under it's Commander, AVM Idi Lubo recently distributed several medical items and medical consultation at Omodigbo Primary Health Care Centre, Mushin, as part of it's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Lubo said that items such as eye glasses, malaria tablets, toothpastes, toothbrushes, insecticide treated mosquito nets, medical consultation and screenings were carried out for free to the people of the community.

"Also, medical exercises such as malaria test, dental check-up, eye examination, sugar test, Hepatitis and HIV screening were carried out."

According to Lubo, the gesture was borne out of the good working relationship between the military and the community would continue to foster cordial relations within Mushin LGA.

"Our medical professionals attended to those with health concerns and directed medical conditions that required further attention to NAFRC medical facilities for treatment.

The AVM corrected the impression that military medical facilities were not opened to civilians encouraging the populace to access medical facilities to treat their health conditon whenever they could.
