 NASFA beats UNILAG, other universities to emerge first position at Epoch annual quiz competition

The Nigerian Army School Of Finance and Administration (NASFA) has defeated the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and others to emerged overall best at the Epoch annual quiz competition.

The competition, organised by the Association of National  Accountants of Nigerian (ANAN) held on Nov.10 at Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja, Lagos State.



The competition was organised to improve the participants on research skills, advance their career progression, build up their confidence, strengthen their critical thinking skills and also represent their various organisations aimed at expanding networking system.

NASFA was represented at the event with students of Higher National Diploma II, Higher National Diploma I, National Diploma II, and National Diploma I.



Students from the Department of Accounting competed against other schools, which include the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Yaba College Of Technology (YABATECH), Caleb University and Lagos State University of Education with NASFA emerging first position. 

The Quiz competition was witnessed by the Commandant NASFA Brig.-Gen. Julius Osifo.

Osifo was ably represented by the Deputy Commandant, Col. MU Ugbong, who is also the Director of studies at NASFA and the Deputy Head Department of Accounting Mrs Okafor, among others.
