Army communications infrastructure remarkably upscaled—Retired General The pulling out ceremony of the CCS, NA, Maj.-Gen. Ugbo. Lagos, Nov.6, 2025 (NAN) The immediate past Commander, Corps of Signals (CCS) of the Nigerian Army, retired Maj.-Gen. Nosakhare Ugbo , says his administration effectively utilised available resources to remarkably upscale the communications infrastructure of the Army. Ugbo made this assertion on Thursday, during his passing out ceremony as the 39th CCS, NA, at the Corps of Signals Parade Ground, Apapa. The News Agency of Nigeria(NAN)reports that Maj.-Gen. Mohammed Abdullahi succeeds Ugbo as the 40th CCS.
